Are your rugs and bags truly handmade?
Yes. All our rugs and bags are entirely handcrafted.
Our rugs undergo an official cultural certification process in Turkmenistan. Each carpet is inspected and approved by a special commission under the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan.
After approval, an official product passport is issued, confirming its handmade origin and authenticity before it is exported and delivered to you.
Where are your products made?
All our pieces are handcrafted in Turkmenistan, in the village of Baharden, where traditional weaving techniques have been preserved for generations.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on the item and current workload:
Handwoven rugs: typically 21 days, up to 30 days during busy periods.
Handcrafted bags: typically 7 days, up to 14 days during busy periods.
Each piece is created individually after payment confirmation.
How long does shipping take? Is it free?
Once production is completed, delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Are customs duties and taxes included?
Yes. All customs duties and applicable taxes are covered by Desert Soul Atelier.
